Are We In WW3, Or What?

 

As we waited for Iran's response to Israel's attack on Iran's embassy on April 1, it became apparent that whatever was going to happen was going to turn out to be a nothing burger with an extra side of nothing. We weren't disappointed.

Last night the drones started flying towards Israel....50, no 100, no HUNDREDS of drones, as well as a few ballistic and cruise missiles. A few landed, but most likely 99% were shot down.

As for the damage to Israel? Who knows, conveniently for both sides there aren't any pictures. Supposedly, an Israeli military airport was hit, but once again there are no witnesses or pictures.

Even before the bombing ended last night, Iran unveiled a banner in Tehran which read something to the effect: 'Any response from Israel and we will give you another slap!'

Whoa. That's some serious shit.

As for today, things are so tense that Israel and Iran have both opened their airspace and Israel is back to bombing Palestine. 

So what happened exactly?

Most likely the US contacted Iran through whatever sources they have and offered Iran a huge amount of money. Like they do every time.

And it works every time because that's just how it is.

As for today? Everyone is happy.

Joe Biden takes a victory lap because he DEMANDED Israel not retaliate, and Israel is very scared of Joe Biden and respects his word and trembles before his anger.

Iran gets a bunch of cool stuff, like money and possibly oak furniture with matching ottomans (who knows?).

Palestine gets to have Israel drop bombs on their heads.

Arab nations can play 'care pretend' about the Palestinians and continue to do absolutely nothing. 

And the stock market will go up 500 points on Monday because the world is safe and sound thanks to all the smart people who do very smart things.
