The Shared Moral Code

Sunday morning.  And the question is, what is the shared moral code to follow to which social obligations?

When I was a kid, Sunday meant going to Church.  You puts on your Sunday Best, and gets your hair combed, and you go to Church.

Does anyone do that anymore?

As I kid, I went to Sunday School.  This was held on weekends in the local public school.  Volunteers from the Church ran the classes, the activities.

Does anyone go to Sunday School anymore?

OK, we live in a time of change, the shared moral code that holds society together has changed.  Mind you, we do not know what it has become, we do not know who changed it, we do not know why the Who changed it to What.

The fact that some nameless secret combination has made changes to the shared moral code does not seem to be much important.  Why they did it, not important.

Well, not important to the extent that the media does not report the Who, the Why, and the How.  The media decides what you should think, and think about.

Unfortunately, on other communication channels, through technology developed recently, you can find ... answers; answers to Who, What, and Why.

It would be better if the Who did their own speaking.  But they don't.  They must be real smart, because a study of history shows they are in for an unpleasant repeat, and nobody smart would do that; so they must have smart stuff reasons to keep hidden.  OK, sure.  The Who is unknown.

As for speculation on What and How, well you can find some detailed stuff on other, non main stream media channels.  Considering that main stream media truth speakers are not hired or promoted based on ability, this means that your detailed stuff is stuff you can actually use.  As in, you, the reader, can use these 'change the shared moral code' methods for yourself.  It must be OK, because the main stream media never has a bad word to say about these free lance efforts.

So, I am taking me down to the basement, to do some experiments in shared moral codes.  Such is my Sunday, a day when I used to go to Church.

I, Fenris Badwulf, wrote this.  I care.
